Matt Harris — the operator
Matt founded The Organised Cleaning Company and sold it in 2020, so he's sat where you sit now. A former property lawyer, he's at ease with the legal side of a sale. Today he buys businesses in soft facilities management and works as a growth partner to owners in the sector.
Grazina Bogus — the industry partner
Grazina has spent her career in hair and beauty, trained at Gina Conway and Vidal Sassoon, and has worked across salons in London and the south coast. She understands the industry from the inside — the standards, the client relationships, the day-to-day reality of running a floor.
